ARTery

The ARTery is a community-run multidisciplinary venue in the heart of Edmonton’s East Quarters. Along with programming for live performances and visual art exhibitions, the ARTery is available as a rental space to  serve the community’s needs at a reasonable and affordable price.

Live music and showcases, theatre shows, dance performances, art openings, lectures, panel discussions, meetings and conferences, rehearsals, the ARTery offers a unique experience in a renovated heritage space just north of Louise McKinney Park. Private catered functions courtesy of the EATery are also available upon request.

The ARTery offers:

• Full service bar of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Concession of light savoury snacks and sweet treats. (No external food/drinks permitted)
• Private catering through the EATery (Please request with your Event Liaison for seasonal menus)
• 149 person capacity
• On-site sound system and technician
• Assistance with marketing and promotion
• On-site tables, chairs, and movable wall panels
• On-site cash machine
• Stage room and lounge room with a live feed of the stage
• On-site Security
• Assistance with set up, clean up, and tear down

Renting by the Hour

Corporate rate of $40/hr plus GST is standard for meeting & events under 6 hours with one staff person on site.

No Frills Rentals

$100.00 plus GST for events up to 6 hours. One staff person on site. No bar/concession. Recommended for not for profit or independent rehearsals & community meetings. $30/hr plus GST for each extra hour required.

Full Rental Rates

• $200.00 plus GST for Sun – Thurs Rentals. $295.00 plus GST for Fri and Sat evenings.
• $50 plus GST surcharge for Green Room.
• A damage deposit of $100 is required per event and will be deducted from the overall rental fee after each event. This non-refundable deposit is due 4 weeks prior to your event to confirm the date. It is payable by cheque via regular mail OR can we can send you an email invoice via PayPal for pmt online with your credit card or PayPal account. There is a $3.29 admin fee for PayPal invoices.
